The poolbar features national and international drinks and snacks, while El Cocal Restaurant offers a la carte or buffet-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening, guests can have a drink in the Lobby Bar.

Sky Ocean Double Room. This room is located on the top floor of the hotel. It features 1 king size bed and a sofa bed or 2 double beds, plus a private balcony with ocean views. It comes with air conditioning, a cable TV, a dining area, telephone and private bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. It also includes preferential reservation at La Veranda Restaurant, personalized guest service and turn-down service. ;
Premium Sky Top. Exclusively for athletes and their companions, this spacious room offers pick up and return the day of competition and access to bicycle mechanic in the Ironman event, food for athletes and cycle routes to training. In addition to free transportation to and from the event on race day, guests also have access to a mechanical bike service (only Ironman race), a specially designed athletes buffet, a secure running path, a map of cycling routes in Cozumel, and tours and activities for the racers family. In-room massage and free bottled water are also available. Renting this room requires proof of registration in the Ironman race andor the race event. The room has a safe , alarm clock and free bottled water is provided. This room is only available to athletes and their companions, participants of sporting events to be held on the island such as Ironman, GFNY, ITU and others. ;
Athletes Ocean View Room. The spacious double room provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a balcony with sea views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower.
