La alberca no se encuentra dentro de la propiedad, es parte del Club de Playa del Fraccionamiento y es para uso de todos los residentes. Solo tenemos 5 accesos sin costo por casa, si requieres uno extra tendrá un costo. Podrás llegar a él muy rápido caminando.
El área de Sala cuenta con Aire Acondicionado. El AC en área de comedor está fuera de servicio. Todas las recamaras cuentan con Aire Acondicionado.
